No. You are not required to provide any supplies, cleaning products, or a vacuum. The cleaners have all professional-grade products and supplies needed to complete the jobs required.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and e-transfers, but payment terms vary depending on the service. For additional information on our payment terms, you can contact our customer service team at 619-745-4984, and we will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have.”

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your property.

Are your cleaners bonded and insured?

Yes, all our cleaners are required to have a clear criminal background check and also be bondable. In addition, all of our cleaners are covered with general liability insurance.

What should I do before the provider arrives?

We ask that your home be generally organized before our arrival. If excessive clutter prevents our team from cleaning properly (as determined by our provider), refunds or re-cleans will not be available. However, our cleaners will always do their best given the circumstances. If you need help with decluttering, we can add it to your service for an additional fee.
